Roasted asparagus; a quick and easy side that is simple, yet tasty.
- asparagus
- olive oil, about 3 tablespoons
- salt, 1 tablespoon
- grated parmesan cheese, as desired
- Preheat oven to 400degrees
- In a baking pan, lined with aluminum foil, arrange your asparagus in a single layer
- Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle on the salt
- Sprinkle as much parmesan cheese as desired
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tender
