Funfetti brownies

These are not only super easy to make, but they can be made with ANY cake mix!

And if the glaze is to sugary for you, you don't have to add it!

I hope you enjoy making these as much as I love eating them. :)

•  Funfetti cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup oil
• powdered sugar
• water

YOU WILL NEED A HAND OR STAND MIXER FOR THIS!

-Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees -

In a bowl, add the mix, eggs, and oil, and mix on high speed until it is well blended
Your batter WILL BE THICK.


Spray a 13x9 baking sheet and a spatula with PAM. Spread your mix on the sheet slowly, about 1 1/2 inch from the edge.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

In a cup mix about 1 cup of powered sugar with 3 table spoons with water to make a glaze.

Pour over your brownies right outta the over and you can start enjoying a warm, delicious, gooey funfetti brownie!

As you can see mine did not spread enough to touch the pan, but that didn't stop them from being delicious!

Some mixes will spread to all corners and sides so be sure to leave 1 1/2 inches free.
